Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions about our free proxy trial? Here are answers to the most common questions about getting started.
Is the 100 MB free trial really free?
Yes, we don't charge your card during the 7-day trial window. The card is only there to prevent abuse and to set up the auto-conversion if you decide to keep using us. Cancel any time before day 7 and you pay nothing.
How long does the free trial last?
The trial runs for 7 days from the moment you add your card. You can use the full 100 MB at your own pace during that window.
Why do I need a credit card to sign up?
The card stays on file for the auto-upgrade to our 10 GB residential plan after the trial. We use Stripe's tokenized vault, so your card details never touch our servers, and we don't charge a cent until day 7.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
If you don't cancel beforehand, your card is charged for our 10 GB residential plan ($20.20/month) and 10 GB of bandwidth is added to your account. You can downgrade or cancel any time from your dashboard.
Can I use all proxy features during the trial?
Yes! Your free trial includes full access to all features: city-level targeting, rotating and sticky sessions, HTTP/SOCKS5 protocols, API access, and our complete dashboard.
Why do I need to verify my email?
Email verification helps us prevent abuse and ensure fair access to free trials for genuine users. It only takes a few seconds and helps keep our service quality high for everyone.
