This FusionProxy Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy“) strives to protect user privacy and information when using any system of FusionProxy or being in contractual relationship between FusionProxy as a service provider and any natural or legal person as a service user.
BY USING THIS WEBSITE www.fusionproxy.net (the “System“), YOU AGREE TO THE PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH MAY GET UPDATED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION.
1. General provisions and definitions
- FusionProxy is a legal entity, incorporated in the United Arab Emirates. (the “Company” / “us” / “we”).
- Any person using Company’s services/systems is considered to be a client of the Company (the “Client” / “You”).
- The Company and the Client are legally bound by the Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) which governs the contractual relationship between the Company as a service provider and the Client, as any natural or legal person, as a service user, or a user of System prior to/without logging-in/creating an account (Account).
- The Company provides multiple IP address proxy infrastructure solutions, including IP addresses for the Clients to connect to the internet, and access to the Company’s data gathering and proxy management solutions (the “Services”). The Services can be reached and used via System.
- The latest version of Agreement shall be available at https://fusionproxy.net/#/terms .
- This Privacy Policy shall be applicable and interpreted in line with Agreement. The definitions set out in the Agreement shall be applicable to this Privacy Policy.
- You can contact the Company using a popup chat box in the System, filling a question box in the System in the “About us” section, as well as by sending an email. For the matters regarding this Privacy Policy, as well as regarding any privacy matter, we recommend contacting the Company via email, by sending Your inquiry to [email protected].
- The Company shall have the right to unilaterally modify and/or update the Privacy Policy at any time without notice. The continuous use of the Services/System by the Client shall be deemed as acceptance of Privacy Policy in the last and most updated version. Any Client shall periodically check and assess the Privacy Policy. Any update of this Agreement comes in force at the moment it is published at the System.
- The latest version of the Privacy Policy shall be available at https://fusionproxy.net/#/privacy.
- By agreeing to the Agreement as per the rules set forth in the Agreement, You are automatically agreeing to the Privacy Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, You acknowledge understanding that by using System in any way prior to creating an Account (Clause 2 of the Agreement) or without logging-in to the System (for example, when browsing the Blog section of the System), You are also bound by this Privacy Policy and Your data/information may be collected by the Company automatically.
- If You disagree to be bound by the Privacy Policy in any scope or way, You must not use or must immediately cease Your use of the Services, System or any part of it, as well as its features and functionalities.
- The Company values the trust that You place in the Company when using Services/System. For this reason, privacy and data security are extremely important to the Company. It is very important to the Company that You feel safe when You visit our System and use our Services, as well as in all other business transactions with the Company. As soon as You use Company’s System/Services, You entrust Company with the processing of Your personal data. The Company wants to offer You the best possible experience with the System to ensure that You can enjoy using Services now and in the future. That is why the Company wants to understand user behavior on the System in order to continuously improve it. The processing of Your personal data is therefore not only necessary for the provision of Services, but also to improve user-friendliness. Therefore, in this Privacy Policy You are informed which personal data the Company collects from You, how the Company processes it and to whom the Company passes it on in detail. In addition, the Company informs you about the precautions it takes to protect Your personal data, what rights You have in this context and who You can contact regarding data protection issues.
- In the light of the above, the Company strives to protect Your privacy and obliges to process Your personal data in accordance with the following rules and principles:
- Processing shall be performed lawfully, fairly, and in a transparent manner.
- Personal data must be adequate and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purpose for which it is processed.
- Personal data shall be accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date.
- This Privacy Policy is prepared in accordance with the United Arab Emirates‘ Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data Protection (the “PDPL”) and other relevant legal acts, as well as with the best practices and principles of data protection. - With regard to the terms used in this Privacy Policy, such as “Processing” or “Controller”, we refer to the definitions of the PDPL.
2. Applicability
- This Privacy Policy applies to all persons who use the System/Services or otherwise interact with the Company (e.g. business partners, interested parties, service providers, etc.).
- Company’s System and Services are not meant for anyone under the legal age. Only people of legal age are allowed to use System, Services and register for an Account. The Company therefore does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. So, if You are under 18 years of age / under legal age under the laws imperatively applicable to You, please do not use the System/Services and do not provide us with any personal data.
- If You are a representative of a legal person, which is a user of the Company’s System/Services, You shall be aware that Your personal data will be collected too in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- You shall be responsible for making sure You are applicable to use the Company‘s System and/or Services.
3. Controller, its obligations and scope
- For the purposes of applicable data protection law, the Company is typically the “data controller” of any personal information provided to the Company. Very occasionally, the Company might act on specific retainers as a “processor”.
- Privacy Policy shall be applied to the processing of personal data by data controller (the Company) located in the United Arab Emirates processing the personal data of data subjects (You) residing or working within or outside the United Arab Emirates.

- The Company might require additional identification data from You for certain inquiries (e.g. Passport, ID card, etc.) in order to ensure that Your personal data is only passed on to You.
- The Company, as a data controller (or in some cases – data processor), has the following obligations:
- Data transfers. The Company shall not transfer personal data to country or territory outside the United Arab Emirates unless that country ensures an adequate level of protection...
- Where adequate level of protection is not ensured, an exemption shall be made by (a) appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses), or (b) explicit consent and no conflict with public security interests of the UAE.
- Data processing records. The Company shall keep data processing records upon its own decision, unless mandatory by law.
- Data protection officer. The Company assigns a DPO; contact: [email protected].
- Data breach notification. In the case of a data breach that would prejudice privacy, confidentiality and security of personal data, the Company shall notify the Data Office without undue delay, including the nature, reasons, volume, consequences and measures taken.
- Data retention. The Company shall not store personal data after the completion of the purpose unless anonymized.
- Sensitive personal data. Generally not processed; biometric data may be processed for verification based on Your express consent.
- Controller–processor contracts. Processing by processors is based on adequate contracts defining scope, purpose, types of data and categories of subjects.
4. Data categories and sources
- The Company may collect personal information from You in the course of provision of Services, when You use the System, contact us or request information from us, or as a result of Your relationship with our personnel or clients.
- The personal information that we might process includes:
- Contact data (name, date of birth, role/title, employer/s, relationship to a person, email, address, phone).
- Verification data (ID documents & data from them, proof of residence, PEP status, video KYC, biometric data with consent).
- Verification is required when You: use PayPal; purchase Static Residential proxies; purchase > 500GB Residential; request access to full Residential IP pool; access blocked websites on Residential pool. (List may change.)
- Identity verification provider: iDenfy – see service and privacy.
- Order data (information relating to ordered Services).
- Financial data (IBAN/BIC, payment provider, payment details, transaction IDs).
- Log data (IP, location, traffic/transaction metadata, device and browser info, cookies, crash/performance/3p cookies).
- We always collect: IP of first/last login; Account timestamps; cookies & Google Analytics data (browser, visited pages, time on page, device ID, etc.).
- Company details (register reports, beneficial owners, powers of attorney, etc.).
- Marketing data (stats, pixels, analytics, preferences, surveys).
- Photo/Video/Audio (events, fairs, interviews; we inform you separately when recording).
- Hiring data (CV, qualifications, background checks, IDs, portfolios, etc.).
5. Purpose and legal basis
- Processing bases:
- Contract performance (Agreement or steps at Your request).
- Consent (e.g., marketing emails, cookies, certain KYC). You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal doesn’t affect prior processing.
- Legal obligations (accounting, AML/CFT, responding to authorities, etc.).
- Legitimate interests (fraud prevention, risk management, internal admin, security, market research, direct marketing, defending legal claims, etc.).
- The Company may also process personal data made public by the data subject.
6. Social media presence and other communication
- We maintain social media presences to communicate with clients and users. Platform T&C and privacy policies apply; data may be processed outside UAE.
- Platforms may associate visits with your logged-in account; log out to prevent association.
- We are not responsible for platform providers’ processing.
- We process data you send us over social media (messages, comments, stats). For other provider processing, exercise your rights with those providers.
- Always verify you are engaging with our official accounts before sharing personal data.
- Beware of spoofing/phishing. If unsure, contact us via your dashboard or email [email protected].
7. Your rights
- Withdraw consent / opt-out (especially for marketing). Unsubscribe links are provided; or email [email protected].
- Right to information before processing begins (purposes, recipients incl. cross-border safeguards, etc.).
- Right to additional information upon request (confirmation, categories, automated decisions, storage rules, breach measures).
- Rectification of inaccurate/incomplete data.
- Erasure in cases defined by law (no longer necessary, consent withdrawal, unlawful processing, legal obligation).
- Data portability where technically feasible and lawful.
- Object to automated decisions and to processing based on legitimate interests unless overriding grounds exist.
- Restriction of processing under specified conditions.
- Complain to the UAE Data Office (see link).

8. Data security
- We implement administrative, technical and physical safeguards (SSL, 2FA, encryption, pseudonymization, access controls, data center security, backup/restore, privacy by design/default, bug bounty, IR, monitoring).
- We may process/store data outside your country; we protect it per this Privacy Policy.
- Cross-border transfers rely on adequacy, safeguards (e.g., SCCs), or consent where applicable.
9. Recipients of personal data
- We share data internally on a need-to-know basis.
- Processors (under contract) may include: live chat/support (e.g., Zendesk), analytics/marketing (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Quora, Impact, Iterable, Salesforce, Cookiebot), payments (Bitlocus, Simoresta, CoinGate, Paddle, Stripe, Alipay via Airwallex), verification (iDenfy), messaging (Twilio), captcha (hCaptcha), etc.
- We may disclose if required by law, to avoid harm, or in fraud/illegal activity investigations.
- We may share with joint controllers per agreement, or transmit at your request/consent.
10. Retention period
- We keep data only as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with laws, or support/defend claims.
- Log data is stored for at least 6 months (and may be longer for legitimate purposes).
- Account/identification data is stored for the duration of the client relationship and at least 6 months after account termination.
11. Privacy notice to Clients residing in European Union and California
- EU (GDPR): We strive to respect GDPR rights (Art. 3(2) scope). Contact our DPO at [email protected].
- California (CCPA): Rights include know, delete, access, equal service/price; we do not sell personal information. Verified request responses include categories, sources, purposes, recipients, and specific pieces collected (last 12 months). We answer within 45 days (with possible extension).
- Categories collected (last 12 months, not sold):
- Account data (per Agreement §2).
- Log data (per §4.2.5.).
- Billing information you provide.
12. Browser Extension Privacy
- The FusionProxy Browser Extension ("Extension") allows you to connect to our proxy services directly from your browser.
- Data collected by the Extension:
- Authentication tokens – stored locally in your browser to maintain your login session.
- Proxy configuration – your selected country, state, city, and session preferences are stored locally to restore your settings.
- No browsing data – the Extension does not collect, store, or transmit your browsing history, visited URLs, or page content.
- Permissions used:
- proxy – to configure your browser's proxy settings.
- storage – to save your preferences and authentication locally.
- webRequest/webRequestAuthProvider – to handle proxy authentication automatically.
- tabs/scripting – to automatically sync login status from the dashboard when you are logged in.
- All data stored by the Extension remains on your local device and is cleared when you log out or uninstall the Extension.
- The Extension communicates only with FusionProxy servers (dashboard.fusionproxy.net and proxy endpoints) for authentication and proxy connections.

- Our System uses cookies. If not strictly necessary, we ask for consent on first visit.
- Cookies: small files used for session/persistent storage; may be linked with personal data.
- We use cookies for authentication/status, personalization, security, analysis/marketing, and consent storage.
