Refunds are limited to the cases in section 6 of our Terms of Service. The main one: if the service is inactive or defective in its first 24 hours because of a problem on our side that we don't fix promptly, contact our support team with your order details and we'll refund it.

Our residential, ISP and datacenter proxies support HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 protocols. Residential proxies accept either username:password or IP whitelist authentication; ISP and datacenter proxies use the username and password shown for each proxy in your dashboard.
We support two authentication methods:
• Username:Password: Include credentials in your proxy settings (format: host:port:username:password)
• IP Whitelist (residential proxies): Add your IP to the whitelist in your dashboard for passwordless access
Our standard proxy format is: host:port:username:password
For geo-targeting, use: host:port:username-country-XX:password
where XX is the ISO country code (e.g., US, UK, DE).

We do not promise a fixed uptime percentage. Our proxy services are monitored around the clock on a public status page, and the residential gateway retries failed upstream connections automatically so your operations keep running.
Our proxies work with virtually any HTTP client including Selenium, Puppeteer, Playwright, Scrapy, Beautiful Soup, cURL, Postman, and more. We also integrate with popular anti-detect browsers like Multilogin and GoLogin.

Sticky: Keep the same IP for a set duration (1-120 minutes) - perfect for account management and multi-step processes.
Residential proxies use IP addresses assigned by ISPs to real homeowners. They appear as regular users to websites, making them ideal for tasks requiring high anonymity and low detection rates. Which ISP an IP belongs to varies from request to request, and you can target by country, state and city.
Mobile proxies use IPs of 4G/5G/LTE mobile carrier networks. Many users share each mobile IP, so websites are cautious about blocking them. New mobile proxy orders are paused for now; residential proxies cover most of the same use cases.
ISP proxies are static, dedicated IPv4 addresses hosted on servers but usually registered to telecom and ISP networks rather than cloud platforms, so many sites treat them more like home or business connections. You keep the same IP for the 30-day period, renewable, with unlimited bandwidth. The network behind an IP depends on the country and current stock and is often a regional or international carrier, so we do not promise a specific ISP.
Datacenter proxies are static IPs hosted in data centers and registered to hosting networks, sold per IP for 30-day periods. They are fast and cheap, but easier for websites to identify as non-residential. Ideal for high-volume tasks where speed and cost matter more than stealth.
